This coast is full of people with a controller and a laptop. But a generic resident gives you nothing to market — no story for your posts, no sound that makes your Thursday different from the bar next door.

The signal chain

From the basements to the beach

SLEAZTEK isn't a DJ name invented for this coast. It's an alter ego with three decades of history behind it.

Ariel Muchnik found the underground rave scene at fourteen, and by the turn of the millennium SLEAZTEK held residencies in the darkest basement clubs Tel Aviv had to offer — a sound that moved through trance and acid house into techno, and has since landed where it lives today: funky, groovy deep house and indie dance.

Three decades on, the alter ego is back: dance floors on four continents, a label of his own (122), and a new chapter — a full modular-synthesis rig, documented in weekly live-improvisation sessions on YouTube. Now based in Málaga province, bringing that sound to the coast.
